Fresh Quebec Buffalo Mozzarella Insalata Caprese
with Tomatoes on the Vine and Long English Cucumbers:


1 ball fresh buffalo mozzarella
2 vine ripened tomatoes
5 slices of SunSelect Long English Cucumber
2 slices red onion
8 kalamata olives
1 sprig fresh basil
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp aged balsamic vinegar

Slice all of the ingredients and arrange on plate as pictured. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
